This week (Adar 7) was the yahrtzeit of Moses, and a day when burial societies (the chevra kaddisha), usually very private, get together for a communal meal, study and reflection. Adar 7 was chosen to be that day because not only is the grave of Moses unknown but no mortals prepared him for the grave, his chevra kaddisha was God.
