Judaism 101: A Course for the Intellectually Curious - Queens
Would you like a basic introduction to Judaism (whether you are Jewish or non-Jewish)? Or perhaps you’ve always wanted to understand your own religion at a deeper level? This class will cover basic Jewish thought, with discussions & light readings on fundamental ideas, such as the meaning of God, the meaning of prayer, differing approaches to Jewish law, and the afterlife. Rabbi Irwin Goldenberg has taught at Gettysburg College and York College.
